Norea Square Condominium is OCIC’s residential tower inside Norea City, the roughly 125-hectare master-planned waterfront district taking shape on Koh Norea, along Phnom Penh’s eastern riverfront. OCIC is the developer that built Koh Pich, and Koh Norea is positioned as its sequel — a continuation of the riverfront central business district, tied into the established city by the new Koh Norea bridge that puts Koh Pich and Tonle Bassac minutes away.
